The Medicare Part B monthly premium will remain unchanged at $104.90 per month (for most people).  Other costs are going up in 2014 if you don't have a Medicare Supplement (Medigap Plan).  For example, the Part A deductible is going up to $1,216 from $1,184.  The hospital coinsurance for days 61-90 is going up to $304 per day.

All Medicare Supplement plans will have increases in premium over time.  However, it is not a calendar year event.  It is a good idea to compare plans every 3-4 years to make sure you have the best plan for your needs.  You can compare Medicare Supplement Plans on our website at SummitMedigap.com
