What Is Home Insurance Emergency Cover?

    There is a type of coverage available in the United Kingdom that is known as Home Emergency insurance.  The policies provide coverage in rather specific areas, such as boilers, plumbing and drainage.  The premiums are usually quite affordable.  This is not the comprehensive homeowner’s insurance that is popular in the United States.  This form of coverage would not likely satisfy a lender.
