Great question. With most insurance companies, the employer is obligated to pay at least 25-50% of the employees plan. The plan cost itself will depend upon the benefits that you want for your employees. So for example if you get a plan that is 250.00 per employee, you have 4 employees and pay 50%. You are looking at about $500.00 per month, 25% would be $250.00 per month.
