    If you were denied, health insurance the question we must ask is why were you denied coverage? Depending on the reason and/or reasons why you were denied coverage, the next steps that you would take would be to look to obtain coverage through a different carrier or seek out a guaranteed issuance plan.

    If the provisions of ObamaCare goes into effect effective 01/01/2014 you cannot be denied. Every individual should be able to get coverage and this is one of the provisions of ObamaCare that will certainly survive the meltdown that is sure to come. The insurance companies only cut their own throat when they fail to provide coverage to individuals at a price that reflects their health insurance situation. I think the insurance companies owes it to also consioder if the "health issues" are self inflicted or if they were genetic. The hard head that says "I have a right to smoke" should also have the right to pay for it.
