    You can get disability insurance, however it will NOT cover time away from work due to the pregnancy, unless you get a medical professional to sign off on a complication of such a nature as to merit time off. Regular pregnancy = potential chance at maternity leave should your employer offer it, but it does not automatically set you up to collect disability insurance checks.
