    This is something that would be good to talk about with your Insurance professional, but I think you will find that in most states, Connecticut included, the Department of Motor Vehicles won't allow you to register a car to a Post Office Box number.  You will need a physical address for that.  Of course, you can always have your insurance documents and billing statements sent to your PO Box if you choose.
