More than likely not. If there is mold damage in your apartment or the structure that you are renting and there is a claim to be filed. It would fall under the landlords building coverage. Not all carriers provide coverage for mold. To find out if there is coverage for mold within the landlord policy start by contacting the landlord and asking. They are the only ones that will be able to get a correct answer from their carrier as to whether or not they have this coverage within there policy.
