Is Earthquake Insurance Worth It For Renters?
- 7647 POINTSview profileMark Bartlett CLCSBranch Owner, TWFG Insurance Services, Fremont California and the Greater Bay Area Representing Dozens of Insurance CarriersThis is a really good questions. I know you don't get allot of coverage in an earthquake policy for a renter but the deductible is low comparatively and one feature which I think is the best feature is the additional living expense. It's good to know at the very least housing will be paid for temporarily. As for if it's worth it or not. If your not sleeping at night thinking about it then it's worth it.Answered on September 5, 2013flag this answer
