    The standard renters insurance policy does not include ordinance or law coverage.  Renters insurance does include "loss of use" coverage, which is triggered only in the event of a covered loss.  If you are forced to evacuate from a wildfire, loss of use coverage would not kick in unless and until you had a loss from the fire.  Evacuation is not a covered peril in and of itself.

    A renter’s policy covers damages to your personal property.  It also covers you if you are sued for bodily injury or property damage.   Being evacuated does not appear to meet either of these requirements.  If you are evacuated because the building is damaged by a covered peril and you cannot live in it at this time that would probably be covered under increased living expenses which should be a part of your homeowner’s policy.
