   The damage to a vehicle caused by vandalism would be covered under an Automobile Insurance Policy under the Comprehensive Coverage section of the policy;  if the policy includes this coverage, the vehicle would be repaired minus the applicable deductible to the Comprehensive Coverage on the policy. 
   
   Renters Insurance is designed to offer Personal Property Coverage and Personal Liability Coverage for those that rent a home rather than own a home.
