   Your Medicare Part B (medical insurance) will provide coverage for ground ambulatory transportation services to the nearest hospital - there are some instances when air transportation will be covered. You're responsible for 20% of the cost Medicare approves as well as the Medicare Part B deductible ($147 in 2014).
