   This is a good question.  Medicare pays for skilled nursing care and home health care services but not necessarily caregiver services by a relative.  It would depend on your specific case.  For example, maybe you're an Rn working as a caregiver for an agency assigned to your grandmother.  You can always call Medicare for your specific scenario.
