You must purchase the shoes through a Medicare qualified podiatrist, orthotist, prosthetist or pedorthist. You can get one pair of depth inlay shoes and three inserts per year. If unable to wear depth inlay shoes due to foot deformity, you can get one pair of custom molded shoes and three inserts per year.
