   It is highly unlikely that doctors will stop taking Medicare patients. The pool of Medicare patients is constantly growing as baby boomers age in. Medicare is a guaranteed source of payment for doctors. Some doctors may no longer participate in Medicare Advantage plans as cost reductions and govt requirement shrink the number of network providers.
