Who Is Eligible For Medicare In Utah?
- 63333 POINTSview profilePeggy MaceMost of the U.S.To be eligible for Medicare in Utah, you must be a legal resident of the US. If you have worked at least 40 quarters where you have paid Social Security taxes, you will get Medicare Part A for free. Otherwise, you can purchase it. You can get Medicare when you turn 65. Those who can get it at a younger age are people who have been disabled for 2 years or have end stage renal disease or Lou Gherig's Disease.
