   The most comprehensive (and most popular) Medigap plan is plan F - it covers each Medigap benefit at 100%. Plan G is the second most comprehensive - it's the same as plan F, except for coverage of the Medicare Part B deductible ($147 in 2014).
   
   These two plans create the most predictable healthcare expense structure for the insured person.
