   If you can afford the premiums I recommend the Medigap ( Medicare Supplement).  With a Medicare Supplement you can go to any doctor who accepts Medicare, most plans do not have a network.  You have much less out of pocket exposure depending on the plan you choose.  Plan F is the most comprehensive.
