   You can sign up for Medicare Part B online at medicare.gov. The website offers information about when and how to apply, along with  a form that you can fill in and submit online.
   
   If you would rather call to sign up, you can call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213. Or you can sign up at your local Social Security office.
