    The enrollment period for Medicare Part B is a seven month period starting three months before your 65th birthday, including the month of your 65th birthday, and three months after your 65th birthday. If you miss that enrollment period, you can enroll from January 1 to March 31 of each year. There are also some special enrollment periods.
