We have no way of knowing in advance what the Medicare premiums or deductibles will be for the next year. These items are determined by Congress and seemingly do not follow any logical steps or formula's.
The Medicare deductible and premiums are more political than anything. If Congress is feeling some heat during an election year they may even LOWER the deductible and premium as they did a few years ago.
