   Plan C in Medicare Supplemental policies is simply a plan that offers its own set of options, as do Med Supp Plans A to N. 
   
   Part C in Medicare is also called Medicare Advantage. Part C is a combination of Medicare Part A, Part B, and usually, Part D.
