   Medicare Blue PPO is a Prefered Provider Health Insurance or Medicare Advantage Plan offered by one of the Blue Cross/ Blue Shield family of companies.  With a PPO you can go to any doctor who accepts Medicare but you pay lower copay's if you stay in the network.  Many companies offer PPO's.
