The easiest way is to contact an independent insurance agent that specializes in Medigap plans.  They will be a great resource for showing you your options and cutting through the confusion.  A good agent will be able to present you quotes from all the major carriers and walk you through what each plan covers.  It's the difference between spending a 1/2 hour on it vs weeks of trying to do it on your own.  You can also visit our website for a lot of information.

    Questions to ask yourself:

    1.  Do you want to be able to go to any doctor or hospital?
    2.  How much out of pocket expense are you comfortable with?
    3.  Do you want a plan that covers most of the out of pocket expenses (i.e. deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays)?
