Oxygen tanks, supplies and concentrators are a covered expense under Medicare Part B. To qualify for coverage you must be diagnosed with COPD, congestive heart failure or other illness that requires you to have oxygen assistance.
Your doctor must write a prescription and complete a CMN. Always use a Medicare approved DME supplier that accepts assignment.
