    I assume you are asking about Medicare Part D which is the prescription drug plan, as opposed to Medicare supplement plan D.

    Medicare Part D is offered by private insurance carriers. Each plan is different. Some have deductibles, some don't. All have copay's and a few have coinsurance for tier 4 drugs
