    You can enroll in a Part D Plan though a licensed agent who sells these plans.  The other option commonly used is to sign up (enroll) directly on the Medicare.gov website.  It is a streamlined process that will ask for information to help the consumer determine what Part D plans available in their county best meet the consumer's needs.
