Your Medicare card should indicate if you have Part A and or B.

You also may have a Medicare supplement plan (Medigap) and your Medigap ID card and policy will indicate the plan you have.

If you have Part D (drug coverage) you will need to contact your agent or carrier to determine the benefits. Same for a Medicare Advantage plan.

Your ID card (if available), should give you specific information. This is provided by the insurer that you purchased the Medigap plan from.

If that is not available, you can contact your broker or the insurer that you purchased the plan from. They should be able to provide you with the plan information.
