    You will automatically be enrolled as soon as you qualify due to age or disability.  If you do not receive your Medicare card by your 65th birthday you need to contact Social Security or call 1-800-Medicare.  Make sure you are enrolled in both part A and B unless you are still under a group plan.  Also be sure to select your Prescription Drug Plan (part D) even if you do not have prescriptions.
