    It depends. Medicare part B may cover some chiropractic services if they are deemed medically necessary to correct a subluxation in the spine. If it's not deemed medically necessary, then it wouldn't be covered.

    With any Medigap plan, including Medigap plan F, it will only cover a service charge if Medicare covers it. If Medicare doesn't approve it, then the Medigap plan won't be able to approve the charge.

    The key to answering this question is whether Medicare will cover your chiropractic visit. If Medicare covers the visit then your Supplement will pay their part, the 20% Medicare leaves off. Medicare has limited benefits concerning getting care from a chiropractor and your Supplement no matter what plan you have, like Plan F, will only pay what Medicare approves. I would definitely talk with your chiropractor to find out what Medicare will cover and not cover on your visit.
