Does Medicare Pay For Xarelto?

    When Xarelto is covered it would be under Medicare Part D. Check your formulary.

    Xarelto is commonly use to treat and prevent DVT (deep vein thrombosis). There are no generic equivalents.  Eliquis is also used for the same conditions. There are no generic equivalents for Eliquis either. 

    CarePath discount cards may be available.
