Medicare Part B provides some coverage for durable medical equipment (DME) when it is prescribed by your doctor for personal use at home - your doctor has to be enrolled with Medicare for DMEs to be covered.

Medicare Part B covers durable medical equipment (walkers, wheelchairs and power mobility devices, power lifts, oxygen, prosthetics, hospital bed, infusion pumps, nebulizers, CPAP devices for sleep apnea).
