Does Medicare Part B Pay For Glasses?
- 63333 POINTSview profilePeggy MaceMost of the U.S.Medicare does not normally pay for glasses. However, after cataract surgery where an intraocular lens has been implanted, Medicare Part B will pay for one set of standard glasses through a supplier enrolled in Medicare. In other situations, Medicare Part B unfortunately does not cover the cost of eyeglasses or contact lenses.Answered on July 25, 2013flag this answer
