Yes. Medicare Part B does provide coverage for physical therapy, but there are cap limits for therapy services - $1,920 for physical therapy (cap for services combined with speech-language therapy). If the services are deemed medically necessary (and documented) by your therapist, you would not be responsible for costs above the $1,920 cap.
If you're getting physical therapy services that are not medically necessary, then Medicare will not pay for the services.
Medicare would be paying for approximately 80% of the costs and you would be responsible for the other 20%, after the Part B deductible ($147 in 2014).
