   Most of the U.S.

   Medicare Part B covers Tysabri as in infusion; however, then you must pay the 20% copay and this can be very costly. The Medicare code for Natlizumab/Tysabri is Q4079.
   
   If you have a supplemental plan that covers major medical, it will be covered 100%.
   
   Also, Medicare Part D covers Tysabri 100%.
