   Yes.  Kaiser Permanente does provide Medicare Advantage plans.  Kaiser Permanente is not to be confused with the Kaiser Family Foundation that provides a great deal of insurance information to the public.  You can contact an independent insurance broker for a quote.  The Kaiser Permanente's website is https://medicare.kaiserpermanente.org/wps/portal/medicare/
