    Yes.  If you are under 65 and after you get disability benefits for 24 months from Social Security you will be automatically enrolled in Medicare Part A & B.  You can also get a Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage plan at that time.

    Keep in mind you will get one other Open Enrollment period when you turn 65.  This is important because you can switch to a different Medicare Supplement effective the 1st day of the month you turn 65.  There is no underwriting for this one time period so any disability you have will not be a factor in getting a Medicare Supplement plan.
