These include being unable to do two or three ADL's (bathing, dressing, etc independently) and/or cognitive impairment. Mainly anyone who wants to have a say in their care if the need for assisted care arises. Most of the people who chose to purchase long term care do so to protect their assets and choice of where their care comes from.
