   Geber has been offering coverage with these age limits for quite some time.
   
   Since they target the Senior Community, this age range is pretty common among insurance carriers.
   
   Considering it's a guaranteed issue product, I'd say that what they are doing is working, or they'd eliminate the type of product they are offering
