Life insurance is the foundation of any sound financial plan.  It is the one vehicle that guarantees that what you want to happen - will happen - even if you are not here.  It can be used in countless situations including family protection, college funding, tax-free retirement planning, business needs, etc.  The ROI is incredible in most situations depending on your health and age.  I had a client yesterday purchase a $500,000 policy for only $15 per month.  Is it worth it?  Yes!

Life insurance is worth having if you have family beneficiaries or business partners who need to be indemnified in the event of your demise, i.e. they would suffer economic loss. So it’s definitely worth having for their sakes. Additionally, a fully suppressed TAMRA compliant death benefit designed for a non-modified endowment life insurance policy can deliver tax advantaged income as a supplemental retirement plan. That may be worth having for yourself.

Anytime you are planning for your financial future insruance fits into the picture. Not only is it the cornerstone for protecting family, loved ones and business partners from losses in the event of your death but it is one of the few vehicles available today that provides cash at the time of death. This money can be used for a variety of items and helps to defer selling assets to cover expenses. Some insurance on your life beats having no insurance. A good agent is able to help you determine how much you should have on yourself by performing a financial needs analysis.
