   As per our experience NYl starting out with them does not pay salary but commission, however you can usually depending on your experience in the insurance industry negotiate your contract. You would get some training and other perks for working with the company, however you should discuss this with your general manager prior to contracting. Hope this helps. "An agent that truly cares"
