   This question, can you sell Life Insurance with a felony, is not a simple yes or no.  It depends on what and when the felony happened.  
   
   First, you have to have a license in the state you are trying to sell in.
   
   Second, you have to be appointed with an insurance company to sell the products. 
   
   Both these separate regulatory and insurance companies will perform background checks.   You may or may not be approved.
   
   Contact an agency to review the situation to determine if you can sell Life Insurance.
