    You may be able to get life insurance with a terminal illness, if you are of the age where guaranteed issue life insurance is offered and if you are in a state that offers it. If not, funeral homes often offer final expense policies, although they will be limited in face amount and cover only the funeral. Unfortunately, life insurance policies for those with a terminal illness are limited beyond a small face amount.
