    No, you cannot 1035 an annuity to life insurance. You can do the reverse: 1035 exchange a life insurance policy to a savings or income annuity. But you are not able to 1035 to life insurance. Consult your insurance agent, financial planner, and/or tax attorney for specific information and options for your particular situation.
