    Although the foundation is not a part of the computation upon which the replacement value of the home is established, it might be covered if there is direct physical loss by one of the named perils (in the “all-risk policy it would be any peril other than those excluded.)  It is very difficult to think of a circumstance where coverage would apply.  The mere presence of a cracked foundation is insufficient.
