I am unfamiliar with any insurance coverage called "Builders Home Warranty Insurance." There is a builders home warranty, which is essentially an escrow account maintained by the contractor. The funds are maintained to cover any future defects in workmanship due to sever changes in the area or faulty workmanship.
Just to point out, insurance is for accidents. So the only insurance that could be maintained by a builder is worker's comp, business personal property/real property and liability. Builders also maintain floaters for their tools and materials on a job site. The only insurance I could think of that might apply is a product/complete operations coverage. Even then, it is more than likely that this would excluded for contractors.

I hope this helps.
