What Does Homeowners Insurance Cover In A Fire?
- 150 POINTSview profileLauren BarrOwner/Agent, Farmers Insurance - The Barr Agency, Mount Pleasant, MIIt depends on your policy but it should cover almost anything that was damaged. If your entire house burned down they should give you the replacement cost of the house listed on the policy, your personal property amount that is listed on the policy to replace your stuff, and pay out your loss of use which pays for you to live somewhere else while your house is being fixed. Hope this helps!Answered on June 11, 2013flag this answer
