Is Termite Damage Covered By Homeowners Insurance?

    The most common form of homeowner’s insurance specifically excludes coverage for damage caused by insects.  There is, however, coverage for “unseen” damage that leads to collapse.  The policy is not designed to fix a problem, rather it is designed to restore after there is damage.
