   If you are talking about your monthly Condo Association fee, then no it is not.  The fee that ou pay each month includes the Association's coverage on the complex's buildings.  As a Condo Unit Owner, you should or may be required to obtain a Condominium Unit Owner's Insurance policy to protect your interest in the property, your personal belongings and liability exposures.  This would be paid separately by you to your insurance company.
