Is A New Roof Covered By Homeowners Insurance?

The damage that requires you to have a new roof must be caused by a covered peril if you have a named peril policy or as in a newer policy form, not excluded from coverage. The settlement will of course be subject to your property deductible.Answered on May 13, 2014flag this answer
