    That is a good question. As long as you have all the necessary information about the property and there has been no major losses a homeowners insurance policy can be bound within a day. Keep in mind that credit, condition of the property & square feet of living area all go into the rating factors for HO insurance. Additionally, if a trampoline, diving board or viscous pet is on the property it can complicate purchasing insurance. It is best to give at least 2-3 days for the agent to look around and get the best rates available in the market.
